Where can I order your products?
We currently only sell on our website and Amazon. Any Earthen Supplements products purchased on other platforms are not guaranteed to be authentic and cannot be returned to us.
How do you handle my credit card information?
The security of your sensitive information is very important to us. With this in mind, we use PayPal to process payments. When checking out, you will be redirected to a PayPal hosted window to provide payment information for your purchase. Earthen Supplements, Inc. does not retain any of your credit information in this process.
Do I need a PayPal account to complete my purchase?
No, you do not – anyone with a credit or debit card can complete their purchase via PayPal as a guest.
Do you offer a subscription service?
At this moment we do not offer subscription services. But please Sign up for our newsletter for any updates on our product offers as well as any subscription news!
Do you have a wholesale program or offer wholesale accounts?

How long before I see results?
Results vary depending on the individual and product. Some products start working shortly after use, while others can take a few weeks before you see real results. The best advice is to first allow time for the supplements to work within the system, at least four weeks and up to six for optimal results. We recommend taking a product consistently and as suggested, for a period of time to let your body take in the beneficial nutrients. Although most of our customers are very happy with our products, all supplements may not work for everyone. If this is the case for you, we will be happy to honor our 100% 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Where do you get your ingredients?
We work tirelessly to source the best ingredients for each of our products. Using the highest quality ingredients is our main priority. We source herbs, extracts, and other ingredients from the places they grow best.
Do you offer free product samples?
We don’t give out free samples. But we often run specials on our products, and we are happy to honor our 100% 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Are Earthen Supplements products gluten free?
We strive to source the highest quality ingredients we can find, including many gluten-free ingredients. To find specific information, look for the allergen statement on the front of our labels, easily spotted by the large “Contains Zero” in front of it.

What does “Made in the USA with Global Ingredients” Mean?
We manufacture our products in the USA while sourcing our ingredients from locations around the world where they grow best.
How do I know which products are right for me?
We know that choosing the right products can be overwhelming. To make it easier, we’ve grouped our products by category on our website. (See our categories here.) You’ll notice that many of our products fall into more than one category.
What should I do if my Liposomal Turmeric is too thick?
We recommend placing your bottle under running warm water. This process will allow the product to resume to a liquid state.
Is the Ascorbic Acid made from Corn? If not what is the source?
Our Liposomal Vitamin C is a corn free product. The glucose source the organism is grown on is potato.
Does your Aloe Vera contain Latex?
Earthen Supplements Aloe Vera Extract is 100% Organic “inner leaf” Aloe Vera Extract. The Inner leaf does not contain natural latex. We do not use the entire plant, which would be considered full spectrum. That all being said if you have a sensitivity to any natural latex we always recommend you consult your doctor before beginning a new dietary supplement.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service for all our shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only sell within the United States on our website. You are welcome to ship your order to any freight forwarder within the USA if you live internationally.
